Welcome to Prestige On Course. By enrolling as a member, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read carefully, as these terms govern your membership and participation in all activities.
Acceptance of Terms
By completing enrollment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued participation after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Membership
Memberships are personal, non-transferable, and non-refundable.
Enrollment is subject to availability and may be capped to maintain quality of experience.
Membership benefits and inclusions are listed on our website but may be updated or adjusted at our discretion.
Payments & Billing
Membership fees are billed on the schedule presented at the time of enrollment.
All sales are final. Refunds are not provided except where required by law.
Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of membership.
Scheduling & Attendance
Activities are scheduled in advance. Members are responsible for attending at the designated times.
Missed sessions cannot be refunded, rescheduled, or transferred.
Events may occasionally be rescheduled due to weather, instructor conflicts, or venue availability. Members will be notified promptly of any changes.
Events & Inclusions
Membership covers only the inclusions described at enrollment.
Premium or special events may require separate registration or additional fees.
Events at Fairway Social and other venues are conditional upon bay or facility availability.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Intellectual Property, Events, and Non-Solicitation
All content, materials, and experiences offered by Prestige On Course—including but not limited to our website, branding, written materials, digital assets, marketing collateral, membership communications, event concepts, images, and program structures—are the exclusive property of Prestige On Course.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or otherwise use any materials, likenesses, or elements of our events, website, or organization for personal, commercial, or competitive purposes without prior written consent from Prestige On Course.
Events and programs hosted by Prestige On Course are proprietary in nature. Replicating, imitating, or promoting events in a manner that may cause confusion, dilute our brand, or misappropriate our concepts is strictly prohibited.
Use of our website, events, or membership network for the purpose of soliciting attendees, members, or participants for outside organizations, products, or services is expressly forbidden. Any attempt to use our platform, communications, or community to promote external gain without authorization may result in removal from membership, denial of access to events, and further legal remedies where applicable.
Prestige On Course reserves all rights to enforce these protections and to take any necessary action—including suspension of access, termination of membership, or pursuit of legal remedies—in response to violations.
Third-Party Venues & Services
Some activities are hosted at external venues. Members are required to comply with those venues’ rules and policies.
We are not responsible for the operations, staff, or services of any third-party venue.
Communications
By enrolling, members consent to receiving communications via email, SMS, and private groups (such as Facebook).
It is each member’s responsibility to stay informed by reviewing these communications.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for injuries, accidents, lost or stolen property, or other damages incurred during participation.
Our maximum liability to any member is limited to the total membership fees paid by that member.
Termination of Membership
We reserve the right to suspend or revoke membership at any time for violations of these Terms.
Behavior & Conduct
Members must demonstrate respectful behavior at all times and follow the rules of any host venues.
Unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate conduct may result in suspension or termination of membership without refund.
Health & Safety
Golf and related activities involve physical exertion and inherent risks. By participating, members accept full responsibility for their own health and safety.
Members should consult a physician before engaging in physical activity.
The league is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or medical conditions that may arise from participation.
